I have attended two of your Business Planning workshops. After the first I was a little overwhelmed with all the ideas and the goals that I had set. What it did make me do was sit down and implement a default diary which gave me the valuable time I needed to work on my business for 4 hours a week. Because of the workshop my turnover increased by 33% but unfortunately the business plan went out of the window as I became too busy to even look at it.
I attended another workshop keen to learn more. There were many other business owners all with similar challenges to overcome. I had time to reflect on the previous business plan and I felt pleased at the progress I had made.
