Franchising & Licensing – High Tech Consultancy Company

As technology consultants, we worked with Brian over a number of months on franchising our Energy Reduction business. We had the extra challenge of franchising at a very early stage in the life of our business, but Brian helped us negotiate our way through the experience skilfully. The process had the added benefit that we are now very organised, having defined systems in place with which we can monitor our performance.
 Three franchisees have been recruited and sales are already growing, as is the value of the company. We anticipate that our sales will double by the end of the first year with accelerated growth in following years. We’re glad we did it, and we couldn’t have done it without Brian.

Business Planning - Professional Services

I have attended two of your business planning workshops. After the first I was a little overwhelmed with all the ideas and goals that I had set. What it did make me do was sit down and implement a default diary, this gave me the valuable time I needed to work on my business for 4 hours a week. Because of the workshop in January my turnover increased by 33% but unfortunately the business plan for that quarter went out the window as I became too busy to even look at it.
I attended another workshop in March keen to learn more, there were many other business owners all with similar challenges to overcome. I had time to reflect on the previous business plan and I felt pleased at the progress that I had made. Once again I came away with loads of ideas and a clear focus of where I wanted to take my business and most importantly how to achieve it.
