Who I work with
I work with business owners, directors, partners and where required, with their management teams.
Clients represent a wide range of businesses across all sectors of service providers and manufacturers and range from £250K to £10m pa turnover.
Your business may have one or two things that need improving or it may be in great shape and capable for growing faster or differently.
However, just as you will have criteria for who you work with, so do I.
My clients all have a few things in common:
- They are serious about their business and are prepared to work on it – I don’t have a magic wand!
- They are open to new ideas – you don’t have to take up all my suggestions but there is no point in working with someone who is unwilling to consider new ideas, new ways of doing things or new markets.
- They are all really nice people who have worked hard to get where they are and deserve to get the full potential reward from their business.
